We like Gaia Love for guests who want the remote diving of eastern Indonesia with real comfort and stability. Her steel hull handles open crossings calmly, the cabins are spacious and the camera room is one of the best afloat. She is a lovely step up from a traditional phinisi.
MORE CHOICE, NOT LESS
You are never limited to one boat or one resort. Here is who else we work with in the same water, so you can compare before you decide.

Three North Sulawesi resorts in one journey, diving on every transfer.

Remote Sulawesi reefs, thoughtful service and comfort.

A relaxed Bali base for reefs and photography.

A boutique Bali resort for divers who look closer.

Bunaken walls, Bangka soft corals and Lembeh critters, simply done.

A five-cabin phinisi in Raja Ampat and beyond.

A refined North Sulawesi base for macro, critters and underwater photography in the Lembeh Strait.

A remote private-island stay in southern Raja Ampat, inside a protected marine reserve.

Gaia Love follows the best conditions around Indonesia through the year, from Raja Ampat and Komodo to Alor, the Banda Sea and the Forgotten Islands. Carmen will match the route to your dates and interests. Marine life encounters are never guaranteed.
A modern steel yacht with comfortable air-conditioned cabins, shaded and open decks, and a camera room with plenty of charging and workspace. A good choice for guests who want liveaboard diving with genuine comfort.
Photographers, experienced divers and couples who want a luxury liveaboard rather than a traditional wooden phinisi. Some sites have current, so ask Carmen which route suits your experience.
Your quote identifies the cabin, sailing dates, dive allowance, nitrox, park fees, port charges, flights and transfers, so nothing is a surprise at embarkation.
PLAN THE JOURNEY
Embarkation depends on the route: usually Sorong for Raja Ampat, Labuan Bajo for Komodo and Maumere or Ambon for the Banda Sea. Most guests fly via Jakarta or Bali; we will match your flights to the embarkation day and arrange transfers.
Gaia Love follows the seasons: Raja Ampat is generally best from October to April, Komodo from April to November, and the Banda Sea crossings sit between. Conditions decide the daily plan.
